We are excited to announce that we are working with Minto Communities to bring the second location for the adults “55 and better” community, Latitude Margaritaville to South Carolina.  The new addition will be located on Highway 278 and covers over 2,700 acres.  The plans include over 3,000 homesites with some of the best amenities in the area and will also include a 290,000 square foot Margaritaville-inspired shopping center.   The new sales center will be open in early 2018.   We have already started clearing and preparing for the new community and are looking forward to helping to bring this exciting new addition to our community.
