Portfolio — Latitude Margaritaville

The “55 and older” community known as Latitude Margaritaville came to Hardeeville off Highway 278 in 2018 and has not slowed down since. The growth in this development is unbelievable. We started with phase one and are currently into phase five. We also worked with the developer on the grand entrance, the sales center, the greeter’s cottage and an amenity center with a restaurant, pool and outdoor amphitheater. In all phases, we have done the clearing, excavation, grading of lots, grading of roads, paving, concrete pouring and storm, water, sewer and conduit utility installation. We have worked closely with the developer through all phases and continue to work with them on a daily basis.
